christmas day cooking




I know it was almost a month ago, but I finally relocated the photos.
My fantastic mother and I whipped up
-baked ham with a balsamic glaze (this was had for breakfast along with Dad's soft fried eggs)
-BBQ chilli coriander tiger prawns
-honey & mustard potato salad
-roast veg salad
-pear, rocket and parmesan salad
and not to forget... a two tiered pavlova with mascapone and berries

pavlova looks magnificent
