this reminds me of my mum...

Here is 4 generations of women in my family. This was taken when I was 4 or 5. There's my mum, Leilani; her mum Shirley & nanna's mum Daisy. Such a cute photo, and yes nanna is still 6 foot.
Below is a mosaic of my mothers favourite things.
These things always make me think of mum. They make me smile. I love my mum!

1. She just loves to cook & makes a wicked pavlova.
2. She used to have a job working with cocker spaniels & then we had one called marcus.
3. She just loves lighthouses, it's nearing obsession.
4. Her favourite flower is the sunflower & she loves the colour yellow, just like me.
5. Mum just adores alpacas, I'm waiting for the day she buys acreage so she can own a few.
6. She likes going for day trips, she calls them tiki tours. She often would drive us all down to byron for the day
7. She makes the best roast pork, stuffed with couscous, pistacios and fig. YUM!
8. She loves hot air balloons, we bought her a ride in one for her 40th birthday.
9. She loves New Zealand, alot of our family are over there. She loves the scenery & pretty much everthing about the place. One of her favourite people is her uncle Warwick & that's where he lives.
