Yesterday this gorgeous creation was discovered in our post trunk. Made by the ever so lovely Bec from Beccasauras. Complete with Richard Scarry fabric, can you spy Huckle the cat?
Thank you so much Bec! We love it & it will be treasured forever, we promise!

I have met some truly amazing people through this blog & I feel so very blessed to have this community. I am constantly inspired by the creativity & overwhelmed with the generosity of my crafty friends. Thank you all so much.
P.S. see the first photo? The sun is shining, yes? But why is it not warm? Baby steps I guess.

What a simply wonderful quilt Bec made you. Your one very lucky mum to receive such a gorgeous gift. I love the colors too. At least today where I am the sun is actually nice and warm!
That really is a treasure, something to keep forever.
Such a gorgeous gift for Huckle.
That Bec is a keeper!!!
I was lucky enough to check out the finished product a couple of weeks ago - it's super gorgeous!
first the sun then this gift? wow, that is a pretty good day to me. the quilt is beautiful!
What a great quilt Bec made. How very appropriate. I love Richard Scarry books and chose "Great Big Air Book" for my prize when I came 2nd in Year 1 in 1973. I still have it. I love Lowly the Worm.
